Product Manager D2C Fashion (Web, App & Omnichannel)
Role Purpose
Own and improve the end-to-end customer journey across D2C website/app and retail touchpoints to drive conversion, repeat, and revenue, by translating business goals into high-impact product execution.
KRA 1: Customer Experience Ownership (D2C + Retail)
Skills
Fashion-specific customer journey mapping (browse to post-purchase)
Understanding of size/fit anxiety, returns, delivery TAT, discovery fatigue
Ability to translate CX feedback into product problems
End-to-end ownership of CX issues
OKRs
Objective: Improve overall customer experience and reduce friction
Key Results:
Implement, measure & Improve NPS in 3 quarters
Reduce CX tickets per 1,000 orders by 20%
Improve repeat purchase rate by 5%
