Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the user experience and performance of our platform across multiple market segments, including relocation companies, UK universities, US universities, and European institutions. This role is responsible for ensuring the product works smoothly across all instances, identifying opportunities to improve the user experience, and guiding designers and developers on priorities and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Product Oversight

• Monitor the performance and usability of the platform across multiple instances and customer segments.
• Ensure each instance is functioning properly and delivering a consistent, high quality user experience.
• Identify issues, friction points, and opportunities for improvement across the platform.

User Experience and Product Improvements

• Analyze how different user groups interact with the platform.
• Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify product gaps or usability issues.
• Define product requirements and improvements based on user needs and business priorities.

Cross Functional Coordination

• Work closely with designers and developers to implement product improvements.
• Provide clear guidance and priorities to design and engineering teams.
• Translate user needs into actionable product specifications.

Product Planning

• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Balance improvements across different customer segments and platform instances.
• Ensure new features and updates maintain consistency across the platform.

Quality and Performance

• Monitor product quality, usability, and overall system performance.
• Ensure issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved in coordination with the engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, product operations, or a related role in a technology company.
• Ability to translate user feedback and business needs into product requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across design, engineering, and customer facing teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across different product instances.
• Experience with SaaS platforms is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with B2B or enterprise products.
• Familiarity with UX principles and product analytics tools.
• Experience working with distributed engineering or contractor teams.
