Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically while driving day-to-day execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in connectivity, mobile apps, or Windows ecosystem.
Comfort with hypothesis-driven development and experimentation.
Exposure to causal and correlation-based retention analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Development: Define and deliver features that enable users to resume tasks, share content, and stay connected across devices.
Craft User Journeys: Design scenarios that span Android, iOS, and Windows, ensuring a cohesive and delightful experience.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to align on goals and drive execution.
Use Data to Drive Decisions: Leverage telemetry, retention metrics, and experimentation frameworks to inform strategy and measure impact.
Champion Execution Excellence: Manage planning, dependencies, and risk mitigation across teams and milestones.
Focus on the Customer: Ensure features meet privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards while delivering real value.
