About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project / Product Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives and drive successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will excel at managing cross-functional teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless solution integration while maintaining high standards of governance, data privacy, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive rollout plans for enterprise-wide deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Implement advanced analytics to measure adoption and track success metrics.
• Engage stakeholders to align Copilot capabilities with business objectives.
• Promote innovation through regular feature enhancements and updates.
• Build and nurture a community of practice to support ongoing user engagement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Define project scope, initiate approvals, and ensure delivery aligns with established procedures.
• Create detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, assumptions, and work breakdown structures.
• Manage resources effectively while adhering to project management best practices.
• Provide accurate reporting, project documentation, and management insights.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies or escalating when required.
• Monitor financial plans to ensure project spending aligns with approved budgets.
• Drive stakeholder communication, awareness, and engagement.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, templates, and toolsets.
• Support Programme Managers as needed and ensure proper project closure.
• Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Project / Product Management.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise deployments and managing complex projects.
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience implementing adoption metrics.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, governance, and security standards.

Experience & Exposure

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects end-to-end.
• Experience in a leadership role with P&L accountability.
• Proven expertise in developing and managing financial business cases.
• Prior experience within the Financial Services / BFSI industry is preferred.
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• PRINCE2 and/or PMP certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMI-SP, or PMI-RMP are a plus.
