Your role

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Product Manager


Overview:

The Product Manager plays a critical execution and leadership role within iCOVERs Product organization. Reporting to the Head of Products, this role is responsible for driving day-to-day product execution, managing Product Owners and Product Specialists, and ensuring the effective delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of iCOVERs product portfolio.


The Product Manager acts as the operational bridge between strategy and execution, translating the product vision defined by the Director and Head of Products into structured roadmaps, clear priorities, and high-quality product outcomes. This role requires strong people leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a hands-on approach to product delivery in a regulated, data-driven environment


Key responsibilities:

  • Product Execution & Roadmap Delivery : Execute the product strategy and roadmap defined by the Head of Products and Director.; Own the delivery of assigned product lines, ensuring timelines, priorities, and dependencies are clearly managed. ; Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, epics, and deliverables. ; Ensure roadmap transparency and progress reporting across stakeholders; Support planning and sequencing of initiatives to balance business value, delivery capacity, and operational constraints.
  • People Management & Team Leadership : Directly manage, mentor, and support Product Owners and Product Specialists; Provide clear direction, priorities, feedback, and performance management; Ensure effective collaboration and role clarity between Product Owners and Product Specialists; Support onboarding, training, and professional development within the product team; Promote accountability, product rigor, and best practices across the Product function.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, research, definition, development, launch, and optimization; Validate and approve product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications; Ensure product changes meet quality, compliance, and operational standards; Monitor adoption, performance, and customer impact to guide continuous improvement; Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and data protection requirements.
  • Documentation, Reporting & Internal Communication : Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, workflows, change logs, SOPs, and training materials; Oversee and validate documentation produced by Product Owners and Product Specialists, ensuring consistency and quality standards; Produce and consolidate product performance reports, dashboards, and roadmap updates on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; Prepare structured insights and KPI analysis to support decision-making by the Head of Products and Director; Ensure clear, timely, and transparent internal communication of product updates, risks, and decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary product execution contact for Delivery, IT, Sales, Compliance and Partner Management; Ensure alignment between business needs, technical execution, and operational feasibility; Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market readiness and product enablement; Communicate product updates, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively to stakeholders; Support leadership presentations and cross-functional alignment forums.
  • Quality, Risk & Incident Management : Ensure product quality, accuracy, and consistency across all product components; Act as an escalation point for complex product-related incidents, risks, or disruptions; Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for product issues; Proactively identify regulatory, operational, or delivery risks and coordinate mitigation actions; Ensure incidents and decisions are properly documented and communicated.
  • Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement : Track product KPIs, quality metrics, delivery performance, and operational indicators; Review and validate product dashboards and analytical outputs; Use data to inform prioritization, decision-making, and improvement initiatives; Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost efficiency; Support pricing, cost, and unit economics analysis when required.
  • Modern Digital Tools & Agile Leadership : Ensure expert and consistent use of product and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Trello, and related systems; Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; Ensure product backlogs are well-structured, prioritized, and aligned with roadmap objectives and acceptance criteria; Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Technology, and the Head of Products to ensure smooth delivery cycles and clear requirement communication; Champion continuous improvement of Agile practices, product workflows, and delivery processes.
  • Documentation, Reporting & Internal Communication : Maintain accurate and updated documentation: specifications, change logs, process documentation, SOPs, training materials, etc; Produce performance reports, product dashboards, and roadmap updates on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; Prepare insights and KPI analysis to support strategic decisions by the Head of Products.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset & Experience Ownership : Act as the voice of the customer throughout product execution and delivery; Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, operational realities, pain points, and expectations.; Oversee usability analysis, service workflow reviews, customer interviews, and requirement validations; Ensure product changes improve usability, clarity, reliability, and overall client experience; Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure customer insights inform roadmap execution; Promote customer-first thinking across the Product Team and broader organization.
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Developing Vision: Define the long-term vision and strategy for the product. Market Research: Conduct research to understand the product, competition, and customer needs. Value Proposition: Define the unique value proposition of the product to differentiate it from competitors


What we're looking for

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing Product Owners and/or Product Specialists.
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional, global environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
  • Experience with compliance-driven, data-intensive, or workflow-based products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong people management and coaching capabilities
  • End-to-end product lifecycle expertise
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
  • Product documentation, workflows, and requirements definition
  • Product analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and product documentation tools
