Job Description
Drive business strategy for digital business generation for HF vertical: Manage end to end funnel from awareness generation to final loan disbursement
Execute competition mapping & define the pricing strategy for customer onboarding to achieve desired results
Manage customer escalations, track complaints for desired closure within TAT, simplify processes and improve overall NPS
Track P&L related items, identify gaps, drive retention strategies & focus towards building targeted portfolio growth
Drive top of the funnel strategies through existing & new to bank customers via internal and external channels and partnerships
Track customer DIY funnel, reduce breakages, improve through puts through journey changes
Manage external customer call centre units with 65+ agents to filter appropriate lead funnel for digital business through sales assistance
