Job Title: Product Manager - Growth

About the role: As a Growth PM, you will build the engine for creator success. Youll design tech-first innovationslike habit loops and gamificationto directly amplify creator earnings. We are looking for a problem-first thinker to ship lean MVPs, iterate based on rapid feedback, and scale experiments that drive long-term engagement in a high-velocity, early-stage startup environment.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Drive creator monetization by developing habit loops and gamification frameworks that consistently increase earnings.
• Ship high-impact MVPs focused on increasing user engagement, moving from initial concept to launch with speed.
• Iterate and scale successful features to move the needle on core retention and long-term stickiness metrics.
• Leverage tech-first innovations to automate growth levers and reduce friction within the creator journey.
• Analyze complex user data to uncover behavioral insights that inform the growth experiment roadmap.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure growth initiatives are deeply integrated into the core product experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of total experience in Product Management, with at least 1+ years specifically in a Growth PM role at a product-first organization.(e-commerce/ SMB SaaS/ fintech exp is a plus)
• Bachelors or Masters degree from a Tier-1 college in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related technical field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by a strong customer-first and problem-first mindset.
• Proven ability to navigate early-stage startup environments, demonstrating the agility to manage ambiguity and fast-paced shifts.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the communication skills to drive alignment across teams.
• Deep curiosity for user behavior and a genuine passion for building products that deliver measurable impact at scale.
• A continuous learner mindset, coupled with a humble, kind approach and a high receptivity to feedback.
