What You'll Do

• Feature Ownership:Take full accountability for the product lifecycle from initial discovery and messy ideation to PRD creation, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Bridge the Gaps:Act as the central hub between Engineering, Design, and Sales to ensure everyone is aligned and moving at pace.
• Customer-Centric Discovery:Talk to customers and internal stakeholders to translate "pain points" into high-impact features.
• Data-Driven Iteration:Define what success looks like. Use product analytics and qualitative feedback to decide what to double down on and what to kill.
• Operational Clarity:Transform ambiguity into structured roadmaps and clear technical requirements that your engineering team loves to work on.

What we are looking for

• The Experience:25 years of Product Management experience, ideally within aB2B SaaSorHR Techenvironment.
• Domain Knowledge:Familiarity with recruitment lifecycles, enterprise workflows, or HRIS integrations is a massive plus.
• Startup DNA:You have a strongbias for action. Youd rather ship and learn than over-analyze and stall.
• Communication:Exceptional ability to articulate the "Why" behind a product decision to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset:You are comfortable diving into the data to find patterns and validate hypotheses.
