About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who hasbuilt and shipped healthcare productssuch as EMRs, EHRs, PHRs, or clinical workflow systems and thrives in a startup environment.

You will be expected to think systematically about complex healthcare workflows, move fast, make trade-offs, and ship meaningful outcomes.

WhatYoullOwn

• End-to-end ownership of product modules within clinical systems
• Translating hospital/clinic workflows into scalable digital processes
• PRD creation with clear problem framing, edge cases, and measurable outcomes
• Working closely with engineering, UI/UX, and operations to ship releases on time
• Driving integrations (labs, billing, pharmacy, third-party systems, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance awareness (NDHM/ABDM, HIPAA-like frameworks, data security best practices)
• Post-launch monitoring: adoption metrics, workflow gaps, bug triage, iteration
• Direct user interaction with doctors, ops teams, and hospital admin

• 45 years of Product Management experience
• Prior experience buildingproducts inhealthcare space
• Experience working in a startup or high-agility environment
• Strong systems thinking-ability to map complex healthcare processes end-to-end
• Clearcommunicationskills
• Data-driven decision-making mindset
• Comfort working with engineers on APIs, integrations, workflows

Good to Have:

• Experience with ABDM/NDHM ecosystem
• Exposure to AI/ML features in healthcare products
• Experience building workflow-heavy SaaS products
• B2B healthcare experience (hospitals, clinics, enterprise health)
