Product Manager

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product charter by understanding the business goals, responsible for identifying the user needs, defining product constructs and user journeys
• Help interpret and define a product vision and strategy
• Work with product leadership to define a product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with business teams and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact
• Define and own the Product KPI
• Gather insights from users to drive product improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-4 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trend
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing UI, problem solving, and analyzing data
• Marine engineering background is a plus
