Product Manager Franco Africa (Cardiac/ Nephrology)

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies to drive sales growth.

Lead new product launches, brand strategy, and market positioning. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

Manage product budgets, promotional plans, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory) to ensure successful product launches.

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and portfolio performance to support product development decisions.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines.

Provide leadership guidance and mentoring to junior team members when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Cardiac or Nephrology is required.
