Responsibilities:

Build a Roadmap for Capital Market products focusing on all financial services-related

products and define the initiatives while discussing with key stakeholders.

Prioritize developments and evaluate basic proper product management prioritization

frameworks including various API integrations.

Lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA, and engineers to collaborate on the

organization's vision for the product.

Collaborate on various audits including but not limited to SEBI, RBI, Internal Audits,

etc.

Understand and break down the problem statement for easy communication with

engineers.

Ensuring no conflict of interest as this role also has indirect reporting of Engineers.

Keep a close eye on competitors and define the product roadmap, improvements, and

initiatives accordingly with teams.

Closely work with the Sales and partnership teams to understand the client requirements

and explore possible synergies.

Drive the GTM strategy for new releases in conjunction with sales and marketing.

Drive all aspects of product be it Product Designing, Product innovation, product

Launch, Product branding.

Experience:

Overall 8+ years of experience in Product management roles in the Capital market or Payments/UPI Domain

5+ years as Manager in the Product domain

Team management experience of at least 5 years

Should have a decent understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for

Capital Market Product

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant team

communication
