Job Description
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: 2 days in-office
Product Manager, Financial Technology
Our Product Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.
Why this job’s a big deal:
Priceline is seeking a data-driven Product Manager in Financial Technology (FinTech) to help shape the future of our FinTech platform. This role is focused on the data-heavy and systems-critical layers of our financial ecosystem, including Oracle EBS, Oracle EPM, financial data pipelines, and system integrations that power our global business.
You will own product strategy and execution for foundational financial capabilities that ensure accuracy, visibility, and trust across transactional data—from operational systems through ERP, data warehouses, and downstream reporting. Your work will directly support critical finance workflows such as transaction processing, reconciliation, close readiness, and financial reporting, while enabling product teams across Priceline to move faster with confidence.
This role is essential to delivering scalable, observable, and resilient financial data products that support our internal teams, fueling the broader Priceline ecosystem.
In this role you will get to:
Own the product vision and roadmap for FinTech platform capabilities spanning Oracle EBS (AP, AR, GL), Oracle EPM, financial data pipelines, and system integrations.
Lead end-to-end product development for financial data products, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and adoption.
Define shared, reusable platform capabilities (APIs, pipelines, services) that enable accurate transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting across the organization.
Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Data teams to translate financial workflows into scalable platform solutions.
Drive adoption of “data as a product” principles, ensuring financial datasets are consistent, trustworthy, well-documented, and easy to consume for both internal users and downstream applications.
Establish and track data quality, performance, and observability metrics for financial systems, including accuracy, completeness, latency, and reconciliation health.
Provide visibility into transactional performance, surfacing insights into failures, anomalies, reconciliation breaks, and close risks.
Ensure platform capabilities support auditability, compliance, and close readiness, balancing speed with the rigor required for financial accuracy and controls.
Collaborate with engineering teams to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery milestones while ensuring solutions are resilient, secure, and scalable.
Evaluate emerging technologies—including AI-driven capabilities—to modernize legacy financial processes, improve efficiency, and accelerate decision-making.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-first thinking across product, finance, and technology teams.
Who you are:
2–4 years of product management experience in FinTech, financial systems, data platforms, eCommerce, or enterprise technology.
Proven experience owning data-heavy or platform products that delivered measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of ERP financial systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and how financial transactions flow across AP, AR, GL, subledgers, and reporting layers.
Experience working with data platforms, pipelines, and integrations, including batch and event-driven systems.
Analytical and quantitative mindset, with the ability to use metrics and data to guide prioritization, decision-making, and outcome evaluation.
Comfort partnering with Finance and Accounting teams on topics such as reconciliation, close processes, reporting requirements, and controls.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Clear communicator who can translate complex technical and financial concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
BE / B. Tech degree would be a plus.
Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.
