Product Manager - EdTech

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI and Data Science accreditation programs and institutional memberships for AIMs ADaSci platform. This includes working with corporates, training institutes, and universities to scale participation, improve member experience, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Accreditation Management: Develop, launch, and scale AI/Data Science accreditation frameworks for corporate L&D teams, universities, and training institutions.
• Membership Growth: Drive multi-year institutional membership models, managing bundles of course access, certification benefits, and engagement activities.
• Product Strategy: Define product roadmap for membership and accreditation offerings aligned with customer needs and industry benchmarks by working with the Director..
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to support campaigns, demos, pricing, and conversion funnels.
• Customer Success: Ensure high NPS and renewal through proactive member support, onboarding journeys, and value realization.
• External Partnerships: Work closely with speaker bureaus, training content providers, and AI training councils to scale delivery quality.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs including membership growth, usage, renewals, and feedback to iterate on offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in selling or scaling learning products, certifications, or skilling programs (especially in B2B/enterprise or academic space).
• Familiarity with AI, Data Science, and upskilling ecosystems is mandatory..
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across marketing, content, sales, and product teams.
• Strong understanding of learning platforms and analytics tools.
