Job Description
As the Product Manager - Jewellery E-com Omnichannel, you will be at the forefront of shaping the digital and omnichannel experience for Titan's iconic jewellery brands: Tanishq, Mia, and Zoya. Working closely with design (UI/UX), web/app development teams, finance, analytics, legal, internal innovation teams (AI), 3rd-party digital vendors, and brand teams, you will drive customer-centric product solutions that elevate the online and offline journey.You will play a pivotal role in Titan's transformation into a digital-first, customer-obsessed organization.
The key responsibilities include:
- Product Ownership: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across Titan's jewellery e-commerce and omnichannel platforms - from strategy and discovery to delivery and optimization.
- Roadmap & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and drive the execution of a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- AI & Innovation: Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enable smart personalization, enhanced content discovery, intelligent commerce capabilities, and operational efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Design: Champion the voice of the customer across all touchpoints, ensuring features address real user problems and drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, warehouse, analytics, finance, legal, and brand teams to deliver a consistent and delightful omnichannel experience.
- Discovery & Validation: Lead product discovery sprints, conduct user research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and gather insights to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track key performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and iterate based on data and customer feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Agile Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure high-velocity and quality delivery.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry developments, D2C trends, and luxury/fashion commerce innovations to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Strategic Impact: Contribute to Titan's broader digital strategy by surfacing growth levers, customer insights, and innovation opportunities.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior product managers and cross-functional team members to foster a strong product mindset and agile culture.
Work Experience
- MBA form a premier college with 4-8 years of experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital products that drive business impact.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, omnichannel retail, and customer experience design.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
