Position description:
| What is the primary KRA* (Scope of Work) | Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications. |
| Conduct requirement elicitation and system solution designing. | |
| Define the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience. | |
| Coordinate with the development team on project planning and deliveries.Ensure products comply with regulatory and compliance standards.Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. | |
