Product Manager- Df-OS

Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will work at the intersection of business, users, design, and engineering,

ensuring that DfOS delivers measurable value to customers while remaining competitive,

scalable, and user-friendly. This is a standard end-to-end Product Management role with responsibility across product vision, strategy, discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and communicate clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company

goals.

Identify opportunities to enhance product value, differentiation, and adoption.

Continuously evaluate how to evolve the product to meet current and future customer

needs.

Conduct regular competitive and market analysis to understand trends, customer

expectations, and industry best practices.

Benchmark DfOS against competing products and identify gaps and improvement areas.

Use insights from the market to influence product strategy and feature prioritization.

Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.

Understand user needs through customer interactions, feedback, usage data, and

domain research.

Required Skills & Qualifications

46 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles.

Experience working on B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software products - mobile apps & web

Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle.

Product & Analytical Skills

Strong understanding of product management frameworks and best practices.

Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.

Ability to prioritize effectively using data, customer impact, and business value.

Domain Knowledge

Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, ERP, MES, audit, or operations platforms is

highly preferred.

Ability to quickly learn and apply domain knowledge to product decisions.
