Product Manager – Dermatology

Role: Product Manager / Group Product Manager Dermatology

Experience: 2+ years (must have at least 1 year of experience in handling Dermatology portfolio)

Key Responsibilities

Develop annual marketing plans & budgets for Dermatology brands

Design and execute marketing strategies to drive market share & customer engagement

Track brand performance vs. targets and analyze market trends

Enable the sales team with training, promotional tools & scientific content

Build strong relationships with KOLs, medical professionals & key accounts

Identify innovative customer engagement opportunities

Participate in CMEs, conferences, RTDs & other scientific events

Coach and develop the sales team for stronger market presence

What Were Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing

Strong understanding of Dermatology therapy area

Proven experience in brand management, analytics & market strategy

High-performance mindset with strong communication & team collaboration skillsThe ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
