Product Manager - Cybersecurity

Unosecur has successfully secured $5 million in seed funding, accelerating our mission to make identity security smarter, simpler, and AI-ready.

Role Summary

We are seeking a AI Product Manager with strong background in AI-enabled products and cybersecurity/identity security to own their roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Youll work directly with engineering, design, security, GTM teams and leadership to build world-class cloud identity security solutions.

What Youll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and drive the product vision for identity security, IAM and AI-led risk detection capabilities.
• Shape AI roadmaps that balance innovation with real customer security needs.

Execution & Delivery

• Translate customer problems into product requirements, user stories and prioritised roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to deliver robust, scalable features in cloud security, automated remediation and identity controls.

AI & Cybersecurity Expertise

• Define and refine AI/ML use cases for threat detection, risk scoring, policy automation, and intelligent response.
• Work closely with security researchers and architects to ensure products adhere to best practices, threat models and evolving cyber risks.

User & Market Insight

• Engage with customers, developers, security practitioners, and partners to validate hypotheses and prioritise features.
• Benchmark competitive offerings, customer feedback and emerging patterns in IAM, CIEM, ITDR, and identity security.

Go-to-Market

• Partner with GTM teams to create compelling product positioning, releases, launch plans, success KPIs, and documentation.
• Enable sales and support teams to articulate product value to enterprise security buyers.

Who You Are

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally building cyber security or cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience owning AI/ML-enabled product features (e.g., automated decision systems, risk insights, intelligent workflows).
• Understanding of security domains including IAM, identity threat detection/response (ITDR), CIEM, zero trust or related cloud security disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset and familiarity with product analytics.

Preferred

• Experience with SaaS products targeted at enterprise security teams.
• Prior work in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, behavioral analytics, access governance, or AI-based detection systems.
