Job Title: Product Manager (24 years)

Reporting to: Lead Product Manager

Craft My Plate (CMP) is a bulk food delivery and catering platform building a multi-segment catering experience across different pax ranges and service types (platters, delivery boxes/meal boxes, buffet/live counters, etc.). We operate in a high-velocity, ops-heavy environment where product decisions must work in the real world, learn and iterate fast.

Were hiring a Product Manager to (primarily) be the execution muscle for the product team. You will own the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives with strong attention to detail, maintaining requirement clarity, stakeholder alignment, and customer-first thinking. Youll often translate ambiguous problems into clear scope, ship fast with quality, and iterate based on outcomes. You must be good with data backed prioritization to define and defend the bets we take in front of the stakeholders.

Youll start owning execution as early as week 2 and will gradually be given ownership for core features, based on performance. Ideally, this role should mature into a high velocity, high outcome shipping PM within 6-9 months. Youll be working directly with the Lead PM and Founders.

• Own execution end-to-end: problem framing scope PRD/user stories Jira tickets acceptance criteria QA readiness release/rollout post-launch impact & fixes.
• Drive sprint planning & delivery: break work into sprint-sized chunks, manage dependencies, unblock teams, and close loops with clear weekly updates.
• Define measurable success: metrics + guardrails, analytics/event requirements, funnel expectations, and post-launch monitoring.
• Partner cross-functionally: work tightly with Design + Engineering + Ops/Sales/Support to ensure the experience is usable, feasible, and reliable.
• Customer-first improvements: identify friction points using tickets/calls/data, propose solutions, and ship improvements that increase trust and conversion.
  

• 24 years of core Product Management experience with clear examples of owned and shipped outcomes.
• Strong execution and ownership: you can drive delivery with minimal supervision.
• Structured problem solving and tradeoff thinking (options + recommendation + rationale).
• High attention to detail: edge cases, error states, QA mindset, clean acceptance criteria.
• Strong written communication: crisp docs, decision notes, and stakeholder updates.
• Comfortable working in ops-heavy products where fulfillment constraints matter.
  

• Experience in early stage startups and familiarity with the ambiguity that comes with the territory
• Experience with marketplaces / logistics / consumer apps / ops-led products.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel/GA), funnels, event taxonomy, basic experimentation.
• Experience with flows like cancellations/refunds, order tracking, notifications, post-order feedback
