Product Manager - Construction Equipment

We are hiring for Product Manager - Excavators for one of Sweden based MNC client

Location: Peenya (Bangalore)

Exp: 15-20 yrs

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech preferred

Please Note: This is an individual contributor role (no team handling)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the lifecycle of compact and mid-size excavators across the Indian market and selected international territories, including next-generation and alternative power solutions.
• Shape product direction and market entry plans by translating customer, regulatory, and business needs into clear technical and commercial requirements.
• Drive new product introductions, periodic portfolio evaluations, and compliance activities in coordination with regional and global stakeholders.
• Support development of locally sourced machines, attachments, and value-added offerings to improve competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor performance to identify improvement opportunities and growth levers.
• Strengthen sales and marketing effectiveness through product demonstrations, industry events, communication content, technical support, and capability-building programs.
• Partner closely with senior product leadership and global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across the excavator lineup.
