The Role

Were expanding our product team as we move from early traction to rapid execution. This role is built for a hands-on Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and turns real US user pain points into shipped features.

Youll sit at the intersection of users, design, and engineering owning execution end to end. From market research to wireframes to sprint delivery, youll ensure everything we build is grounded in the realities of the US relocation market and delivered with precision.

What Youll Do

Own US Market & User Insight

• Research and deeply understand the US residential relocation ecosystem, customer expectations, and pricing dynamics
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing with US-based residents and movers
• Translate US user behavior and feedback into clear product priorities

Drive Product Design

• Partner closely with designers to define intuitive user journeys for US consumers
• Simplify complex decisions like Move vs Store vs Trash/Donate into clear, trust-building flows
• Ensure the product meets US UX standards around clarity, transparency, and confidence

Ship with Engineering (Across Time Zones)

• Translate product ideas into detailed PRDs and technical specs
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily execution with engineering teams
• Collaborate regularly with US-based stakeholders, founders, and partners, including overlap with US working hours when needed

Improve AI-Driven Inventory for US Homes

• Work with engineering to refine AI accuracy based on US home layouts, furniture types, and edge cases
• Incorporate feedback from real US move scenarios to improve detection quality and user trust

Be the Cross-Border Product Glue

• Bridge business goals from the US market with engineering execution in India
• Clearly communicate product context, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions across geographies
• Take full ownership of outcomes, not just requirements

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 37 years in Product Management, preferably in B2C or consumer tech
• US Market Exposure (Preferred):
• Prior experience building products for US customers or
• US education, work experience, or extended time living in the US
• Time Zone Flexibility: Comfortable working with partial US time overlap for collaboration and decision-making
• Execution First: Strong bias toward shipping, iteration, and learning from real users
• Research Strength: Ability to convert qualitative and quantitative inputs into crisp product decisions
• Design Fluency: Strong UX instincts and comfort working closely with designers
• Startup Mindset: Youre energized by 01 products and ambiguity
