About Us:

Brew is building a nextgen content distribution platform for filmmakers. Our best-in-class platform empowers filmmakers, studios, and producers to monetize their work directly while reaching engaged global audiences.

Were looking for a driven, hands-on Product Manager to own and drive key product initiatives across Brews consumer and creator platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong product thinking who enjoys working closely with engineering, design, content, and growth teams to turn ideas into shipped, high-impact features in a fast-moving startup environment.

What Youll Do:

• Own product areas end-to-end from problem discovery and requirements to launch and iteration.
• Work closely with the founder to translate product vision and business goals into clear roadmaps and priorities.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Partner with the design team to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences across web, mobile, and TV platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, trade-off decisions, and high execution quality.
• Work with Content, Ops, and Growth teams to support launches, experiments, and feature adoption.
• Track product performance using defined success metrics and continuously iterate based on learnings.

What Were Looking For:

• 24 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech, OTT, media, SaaS, or marketplace products.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
• Experience writing clear PRDs, user stories, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• A bias for action, ownership, and execution.
• Prior experience in OTT, media, creator platforms, or B2C products is a plus (but not required).
