Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Product Manager to support and drive the Digital Experience & Automation (DEA) charter. This role requires a strong blend of product leadership, applied AI/ML expertise, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, analytics, and automation teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to Generative AI initiatives and a proven ability to translate advanced technical capabilities into scalable, high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for AI/ML and automation-driven initiatives aligned with the DEA roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and applied machine learning to enhance digital experiences and internal automation.
• Own product requirements, prioritization, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business outcomes and ROI.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Track product performance using strong data analytics, metrics, and insights to inform decision-making.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and leadership stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management , with significant exposure to AI/ML-driven products .
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and applied machine learning use cases .
• Strong understanding of automation platforms, internal tooling, and workflow optimization .
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and enterprise system enablement is highly desirable.
• Solid data analytics skills with a strong focus on performance measurement, insights, and ROI.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with onsite collaboration.
• Strong product mindset with an emphasis on scalability, user impact, and continuous improvement.
