Role Overview:

We are hiring a Product Manager who thinks like an owner.


This is not a documentation role. This is a high-velocity execution role.


You will own problem discovery, product thinking, execution clarity, and measurable growth impact across our kids learning app and distribution layers.


You will work directly with founders, engineering, design, growth, and content teams to ship fast, iterate faster, and build products that scale.


Roles and Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership

  • Own one or more core product areas end-to-end
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritization
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements
  • Write sharp PRDs with zero ambiguity
  • Break down complex problems into executable units


2. Growth & Metrics

  • Own north-star and input metrics for your product area
  • Define event tracking logic with clarity
  • Drive improvements in retention, engagement, activation, and monetization
  • Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses
  • Make decisions based on data, not opinions


3. Execution & Delivery

  • Work closely with engineering to ship on time
  • Remove blockers aggressively
  • Balance speed vs quality intelligently
  • Ensure every feature has measurable impact
  • Run sprint planning, reviews, and post-release analysis


4. User Understanding

  • Deeply understand kids learning behavior and parent psychology
  • Convert qualitative feedback into product insights
  • Analyze user journeys and drop-offs
  • Continuously refine onboarding, feed logic, and recommendation systems


5. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate between content, growth, marketing, and operations
  • Ensure product decisions align with brand trust and long-term scale
  • Maintain clarity in communication across teams


What Were Expecting

  • 38 years in product management
  • Experience building consumer products at scale
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first ecosystems
  • Experience with retention-led products preferred
