About Aokah - Aokah is the world's first Expert + Intelligence platform built to help enterprises design, build, scale, and govern Global Capability Centers (GCCs) with speed, confidence, and resilience. Our primary markets are the USA, Europe, UK, India and Australia, where GBS leaders and enterprise buyers who build and scale GCCs are based. Our technology and data team is headquartered in Bengaluru.

Role Overview

The Product Manager at Aokah owns the end-to-end product roadmap and execution discipline across the Aokah Platform. This role translates Aokahs Service-as-Software vision into structured, outcome-driven releases across the five Wisdom Foundations: Program, Geo, Talent, Ecosystem, and Delivery Wisdom.

Operating at the intersection of enterprise rigor and startup agility, the Product Manager ensures that product decisions are anchored in validated customer Jobs-to-be-Done while maintaining execution velocity, governance clarity, and measurable business impact.

This is a product-building role - not a product-maintenance role.

What Youll Do

1.Own Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define, prioritize, and evolve the near-term and medium-term product roadmap across all five Wisdom Foundations. Translate Aokahs Service-as-Software vision into phased, measurable releases with clear success metrics.

2.Lead ProductTechOps Alignment:

• Engage GCC consultants, enterprise strategy leaders, COOs, CIOs, and GBS heads to deeply understand user workflowsfrom feasibility and location decision-making through build, scale, and governance.
• Anchor roadmap decisions in Jobs-to-be-Done thinking.
• Run a structured weekly ProductTechnologyOperations alignment review with a shared OKR dashboard and decision log. Governance is embedded, not ad hoc.

3.Drive Feature Definition & Delivery:

• Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver usable, intelligent, and outcome-oriented features.
• Ensure sprint goal adherence and always maintain a demo-ready environment across all Wisdom Foundations
• Maintain a clear dependency map across modules.

4.Champion Data & AI Product Thinking:

• Own and operationalize Aokahs data-first intelligence strategy across the platform
• Design and operationalize Aokahs data intelligence layer, structuring talent, cost, maturity, ROI, and transition data into scalable, decision-ready models.
• Prioritize descriptive intelligence before predictive and autonomous capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity, explainability, and enterprise trust.

5. Collaborate on GTM Readiness:

• Partner with sales and marketing to ensure feature launches are market-ready. Support partner enablementequipping boutique GCC consultants and BOT providers to use Aokah as a force multiplier in client engagements.

6.Own Metrics & Iteration:

• Define and track product KPIs including workflow efficiency, time saved, consultant effort reduction, adoption depth, and intelligence usage.
• Run structured feedback loops and iterate with speed and discipline.

Who You Are

1.Enterprise Product Leader & Builder:

• 710 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.

2.Domain-Aware Thinker:

• You understand the GCC, global sourcing, shared services, or enterprise transformation landscape or have worked closely with outsourcing advisors, IT services firms, or enterprise buyers in the USA, Europe, UK, or Australia.
• You understand how GCCs are built and why they fail.

3.Systems-Oriented Product Craft:

• Strong command of discovery, prioritization, PRD writing, and cross-functional execution.
• You think in systems, not isolated features. You know when to build, configure, partner, or delay.

4.AI & Data Fluent:

• Comfortable working on AI-assisted and data-driven platforms.
• You understand the difference between dashboards, intelligence layers, predictive and descriptive automation and know which one to build first.

5.Executive-Ready Communicator:

• You write clearly, present confidently to senior leaders, and align cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• You can defend trade-offs with logic and data.

6.Startup Mindset:

• You are comfortable with ambiguity. You set your own agenda. You hold yourself accountable to outcomes, not activity.
• Based in Bengaluru and comfortable collaborating across global time zones.

• Product Clarity: A clearly articulated roadmap aligned to customer JTBD and company strategy - 100% of roadmap items mapped to validated customer jobs, pains, and gains
• Shipped Intelligence: Release measurable, adoption-ready modules across all Wisdom Foundations
• Enterprise Feedback Loops: Structured discovery and feedback systems in place with active enterprise users and advisors.
• Data Foundation Built: Core data models for talent, cost, and maturity intelligence structured and production ready.
• Cross-Functional Trust: Engineering, design, and GTM teams view product as clear, decisive, and execution-oriented.
