Product Manager – AI-Powered Advertising Platform

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Own product vision, roadmap, and MVP definition.
• Conduct competitive research across major ad platforms.
• Identify user pain points and workflow simplification opportunities.
• Define target personas: SMBs, agencies, performance marketers.

AI-Driven Product Design

• Identify meaningful AI use cases (campaign recommendations, budget optimization, forecasting, creative insights).
• Work with engineering/data teams to define feasible, high-impact AI features.
• Ensure AI outputs are clear, explainable, and actionable.

Metrics & Validation

• Define activation, engagement, and performance improvement metrics.
• Track AI effectiveness and advertiser outcomes.
• Use data to validate assumptions and shape iterations.

Go-To-Market

• Define GTM plan for MVP launch and early scale.
• Partner with marketing/sales on positioning and onboarding.
• Measure GTM success and optimize for adoption.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS.
• Proven history of launching MVPs end-to-end.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and applied AI use cases.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision-making.

Must Have

• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or analytics platforms.
• Exposure to campaign management or performance marketing teams.
• Familiarity with LLMs, recommendation systems, or predictive models.
• Startup/early-stage product experience.
