We are hiring a high-impact Product Manager AI & Agentic Commerce to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of AI-first commerce products.

This is a high-ownership, strategic role where you will:

Define product vision and long-term AI roadmap

Translate business complexity into scalable AI systems

Drive cross-functional execution from concept to scale

Work directly with the CEO and leadership on strategy and GTM

You will own the complete product lifecycle

Vision Roadmap Execution Launch Scale

Define and execute the AI-first product strategy and roadmap

Lead the development of autonomous trade-matching and negotiation agents

Build AI-powered pricing intelligence and procurement optimization engines

Integrate sustainability and ESG compliance frameworks into the commerce stack

Drive alignment across engineering, data, design, and business teams

Lead and mentor a 515 member cross-functional product and technology team

Partner closely with leadership on strategic planning and go-to-market execution

Real-time price prediction and forecasting models

Smart RFQ auto-matching systems

Dynamic pricing engines

Procurement recommendation algorithms

Intelligent buyerseller matching systems

Multi-agent orchestration (procurement, logistics, finance)

AI-driven negotiation protocols

Human-in-the-loop control and governance layers

AI-based sustainability scoring models

Green certification and compliance workflows

ESG dashboards and reporting automation

Integrations aligned with BIS, CBAM, and National Steel Policy frameworks

LLM integrations and RAG pipelines

Agentic orchestration frameworks

Data governance and continuous feedback loops

AI infrastructure strategy across marketplace, logistics, and fintech modules

48 years of Product Management experience (B2B, SaaS, Marketplace, or Enterprise Tech)

Demonstrated experience launching AI/ML-powered features or platforms

Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic architectures

Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E. preferred)

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution skills

Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership

Exposure to steel, metals, commodities, or industrial sectors

Marketplace experience (GMV growth, liquidity management, network effects)

Early-stage startup experience

Familiarity with ESG and sustainability frameworks

Proven 01 product-building track record

AI/ML: GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases

Agentic Frameworks: CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP

Platform: React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP

Product Tools: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Jira, Figma

Build category-defining AI infrastructure for Indias industrial economy

Operate at the intersection of AI, commerce, and fintech
