Product Manager (1-2 years required)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire product roadmap from strategic planning to tactical activities. We are lean, so this role will oversee a LOT of things, large and small!
• Work closely with the technology and design teams to enable efficient and good releases, and service the other functions of the organization with their product/development needs.
• Do competition and market analysis through regular research and customer feedback/interviews, and direct the product roadmap accordingly.
• Use data to understand the product performance and to influence further product planning.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant product management experience preferably in a startup or small team environment.
• Hands on knowledge of AI and no code tools.Hands-on knowledge of various tools around agile collaboration, wireframing, and analytics.
• Experience writing PRDs and doing UAT will be a major plus.
• Knowledgeable in technology (if possible, a past coding experience to guide tech with respect).
• Interest and exposure to wellness will be a plus.
