Product Manager - Platforms (Financial Services)

Our client, a Leading Financial Services company is looking out for a Product Manager - Platforms to be based at Mumbai.

Job Purpose:

To own and evolve the core systems that power the company's wealth management ecosystem. Play a pivotal role in ensuring our platforms are stable, reliable, and continuously improvingwhile enabling innovation across trading, onboarding, and investment journeys.

Candidate Profile

• B.E/B.Tech from Tier 1 Institutes with 25 years of product management or platform ownership experience for specific platforms (On-Line Trading, Mobile App, KYC/Onboarding, Mutual Funds, RMs/Partners, etc.).
• Strong execution and project management skills.
• Comfort with detail-heavy work, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in fintech/wealth platforms is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for specific platforms (On-Line Trading, Mobile App, KYC/Onboarding, Mutual Funds, RMs/Partners, etc.).
• Ensure smooth operations, stability, and reliability of core systems.
• Drive platform enhancements and bug fixes in collaboration with engineering.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve production issues, and proactively improve customer experience.
• Maintain compliance and regulatory standards across modules.
