Roundel is Target’s Retail Media Network and a leader in the space, empowering brands to connect with consumers through innovative digital advertising solutions. Our platform leverages first party retail data to deliver targeted, measurable ad experiences across omnichannel touchpoints in a privacy safe way. Join us in shaping the future of retail media technology.
Role overview:
As a Product Manager in our Ad Tech team, you will drive the strategy and execution of our advertising technology products. In this role you will be at the intersection of retail, digital advertising and technology, helping to create innovative solutions that enable advertisers to reach valuable shoppers while enhancing the customer experience.
You will work in unison with engineers, data scientists and business partners to deliver outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
a. Play a key role in defining the vision and roadmap for platform
b. Prioritize features while balancing advertiser needs, business impact and technical feasibility
2. Cross-functional Leadership
a. Collaborate with engineering, data science, other product teams and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
b. Partner with compliance teams to ensure adherence to policies, standards and regulations
3. Market and Data Insights
a. Analyze retail media trends, advertiser feedback and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
b. Leverage internal data to refine measurement and optimize performance
4. Performance Tracking
a. Define and track key performance metrics, making data driven decisions to optimize product performance and ROI
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
5+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent domain experience [AdTech experience a plus]
Technical aptitude
Experience working in an agile environment
Proficiency in Product Management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Strong stakeholder management
