Product Manager (AI)

Role Purpose

The Product Manager (AI) will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven products. This role requires strong knowledge of AI/ML, user needs, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define vision and roadmap for AI/ML products aligned with business goals.
• Identify customer pain points, market gaps, and emerging AI trends.
• Set product KPIs and performance metrics.

2. Roadmap & Execution

• Create and manage product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories.
• Work with engineering and data science teams to deliver features on time.
• Conduct A/B tests, pilots, and validation experiments.

3. Customer & Market Insights

• Perform market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Gather customer feedback through interviews and data analytics.
• Convert insights into actionable product decisions.

4. AI/ML Expertise

• Understand LLMs, model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, data pipelines, and deployment.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, privacy, and compliance.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Drive communication across stakeholders and leadership.
• Support GTM launches, positioning, and product documentation.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, LLMs, generative AI.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps workflows.
• Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and model evaluation.

Product Skills

• Experience managing AI or data-driven product lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Expertise in PRDs, product specs, and backlog management.

Soft Skills

• Clear communication and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinking and strong ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Masters in Engineering/CS.
• AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud certifications.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise-level AI products.
