Job Title: Enablement Lead SaaS Product

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Role Summary

The Enablement Lead will serve as the institutional memory and enablement engine for the Concierto platform. This role owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of all enablement assetsincluding documentation, training, knowledge articles, and self-service capabilitiesensuring partners, customers, and internal teams are fully equipped for successful platform adoption and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Content Management

• Own and maintain SOPs, deployment playbooks, hardening scripts, and track-specific documentation (Migrate, Modernize, DTS & DA, Manage).
• Drive regular updates to documentation, user guides, video content, and demo environments.
• Ensure all collateral reflects the latest product releases, enhancements, and field learnings.

Training & Knowledge Management

• Design and deliver enablement and training programs for partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Curate and maintain L1/L2 knowledge articles based on support trends and recurring issues.
• Lead technical kick-offs and structured knowledge transfer sessions.
• Define and implement certification pathways for partner and delivery teams.

Platform Self-Service & Deflection

• Drive adoption of Concierto for Concierto (CFC) for incident triaging and documentation.
• Build self-service assets that enable partner and customer self-sufficiency.
• Partner with Tech Support to identify deflection opportunities and create relevant KB content.

Domain Expertise & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a domain SME across Windows, Linux, networking, and firewall environments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Tech Support to identify skill gaps and enablement needs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure documentation aligns with platform capabilities and roadmap.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in technical enablement, learning & development, or knowledge management.
• Excellent technical documentation and writing skills.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure training effectiveness.
• Experience with LMS platforms, knowledge management systems, and video creation tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Experience

• 6 8 years of experience in technical enablement, knowledge management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated success enabling SaaS or platform-based products.
• Experience supporting migration, modernization, or managed services programs.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux, networking, security).
