Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Management Intern role located in Mumbai. We are looking for a Product Content Intern who can deeply understand our product and translate that understanding into clear, helpful content across channels. This role sits at the intersection of product and marketing. You will not be writing generic marketing content. Your job is to help users understand, adopt, and succeed with the product.


What you will do

  • Learn the product in depth by using it regularly and understanding real user workflows
  • Create and maintain product FAQs, help guides, and documentation
  • Respond to user questions and concerns on social platforms and community forums with accurate, product-first answers
  • Create short and long-form how-to videos for YouTube, covering features, workflows, and common use cases
  • Convert user questions, support tickets, and feedback into content ideas
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and changes


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or graduated from a B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA degree with a computer science/IT background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex product flows in simple, structured language
  • Comfort with learning new tools and software products
  • Interest in SaaS products, automation, or AI tools

Nice to have

  • Experience creating tutorial or educational content
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, or other product-focused communities
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, no-code, or automation tools
