What you will do


Product & UX support

  • Break down client problems into clear product/feature opportunities.
  • Participate in discovery: user research, competitor scans, heuristic UX reviews.
  • Translate insights into user stories, journeys, wireframe notes, acceptance criteria, and product specs.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine flows and ensure usability.


Project & delivery management

  • Help maintain product backlogs and roadmaps across multiple client projects.
  • Track progress against sprint/plan goals; flag risks, dependencies, and blockers early.
  • Support agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, demos, retros).
  • Ensure smooth communication between client stakeholders, design, and engineering.


Data & business analysis

  • Analyze usage/business data to validate assumptions and measure feature success.
  • Define basic success metrics with the PM/lead (conversion, retention, task completion, etc.).
  • Create crisp summaries, dashboards, or readouts for internal and client reviews.


What success looks like (36 months)


  • You can independently take a module/feature from discovery stories/spec delivery support.
  • You improve clarity and speed for teams by writing clean requirements and keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • You proactively surface UX/product gaps and suggest better solutions.
  • Teams trust you to run parts of project tracking and client updates.


Must-have qualifications
  • Strong product intuition: you enjoy thinking about users, flows, and why behind features.
  • Working knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals (user journeys, wireframes, usability basics).
  • Solid analytical skills comfortable with Excel/Sheets, basic metrics, and structured problem-solving.
  • Good communication: can write clear docs and speak confidently with teams/clients.
  • Strong ownership and reliability you follow through, manage tasks, and keep things moving.
  • Bachelors degree (Engineering, Business, Design, or similar). Final-year students welcome.


Nice-to-have
  • Exposure to digital products, SaaS, mobile/web apps, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Notion/Confluence, Miro, GA4/Mixpanel.
  • Any internship/project where you wrote requirements, improved UX, or shipped a feature.
