We partner closely with customers to truly understand their payment needs and craft smart, intuitive systems that make every transaction feel effortless. About the Role:

The Lead Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of payments at our company. As the driving force behind the product vision and strategy, the incumbent will define what’s next—crafting bold roadmaps, translating ideas into impactful product requirements, and rallying cross-functional teams to turn vision into reality. With a deep understanding of the payments landscape and a solid foundation in product management, engineering, and marketing, the ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of innovation and execution.

Beyond the core responsibilities, the role demands full ownership—end-to-end. From ideation to launch and everything in between, the selected individual will lead high-impact initiatives with precision and accountability, ensuring flawless execution and meaningful outcomes at every stage of the product lifecycle.

What will you be doing:

• Conceptualizing and building new products and features that are accurate, scalable, and impactful

• Defining the product vision and strategy with ambition and forward-thinking

• Owning product releases by collaborating closely with technology, design, and QA teams

• Defining and owning product KPIs to measure success and drive outcomes

• Building strong product insights through consistent customer engagement and market research, and contributing meaningfully to the evolving product vision

• Evaluating market competition and strategically positioning the product line to resonate with users

• Analyzing product performance post-launch and continuously iterating to enhance the overall product experience

• Driving end-to-end execution of product initiatives beyond the outlined responsibilities, ensuring seamless management from planning to delivery—including engagement with both internal and external stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

• Bringing 4 to 7 years of experience in product management within consumer-facing, technology-driven businesses or products, the ideal candidate will be an engineer or management graduate from a reputed institute.

• Preference will be given to individuals with hands-on experience in payments and fintech, demonstrating the ability to innovate in a highly cross-functional, horizontally integrated environment.
