Product Management - Document and Data Management - Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a dynamic team of 10-15 professionals. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery. You will define product vision, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Strong people management skills are essential, as you will guide and mentor your team to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative environment. Experience in Document Management is crucial, as you will oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions in this domain. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery.
• Define product vision, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches
• Oversee and enhance document preparation, organization, and lifecycle management across the enterprise.
• Develop and implement scalable document storage strategies, ensuring security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Establish and govern metadata management frameworks to optimize document classification, retrieval, and governance.
• Integrate document workflows with business processes, automation tools, and enterprise systems to drive operational efficiency.
• Design and oversee data storage solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align document and data management strategies with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• 10+ years of experience in document management, data storage, and workflow integration within a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10-15 professionals in document and data governance functions.
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, document security, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, and cloud-based document storage solutions.
• Excellent strategic planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Experience working with large-scale document repositories and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-driven document processing and automation technologies.
