Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PTC Windchill Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM and RV&S (Integrity Lifecycle Manager). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting PLM solutions for global engineering teams within a leading German product-based organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in PTC Windchill PLM.
• Integrate and support PTC RV&S (Integrity Lifecycle Manager) with Windchill ecosystem.
• Configure workflows, lifecycle states, and business rules in Windchill.
• Develop customizations using Java, Windchill APIs, and J2EE technologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning of Windchill environment.
• Ensure adherence to PLM best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in PTC Windchill PLM development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with PTC RV&S (Integrity Lifecycle Manager).
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, J2EE, and Windchill APIs.
• Experience with Windchill workflows, lifecycle management, and configurations.
• Understanding of PLM integrations with enterprise systems (ERP/ALM).
• Good knowledge of version control, change management, and release processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Windchill upgrades, migration, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Agile / SAFe development methodologies.
• Exposure to REST APIs, scripting, or automation tools.
