Role Description
We are looking for a Product Leader with strong experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, or loyalty-driven platforms, who deeply understands how rewards influence user behavior and spending decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked on:
- Loyalty programs that lead to commerce
- Rewards-led funnels
- Multi-brand marketplaces
- Cashback, points, or incentive-driven products
User empathy and behavioral thinking are non-negotiable.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product thinking for PlaySupers rewards and commerce surfaces
- Design user journeys where incentives lead to real transactions
- Build and optimize multi-brand reward catalogs and redemption flows
- Work closely with design to create intuitive, trust-first consumer experiences
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses and experiments
- Collaborate with engineering to ship scalable, reliable consumer-facing systems
- Analyze user behavior, drop-offs, and conversion data to improve redemption and repeat usage
- Be responsible for the PnL of the product
- Act as the internal voice of the useralways questioning friction, trust, and motivation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager/Product Leader
- Strong experience building consumer-facing internet or e-commerce products
- Prior exposure to loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or incentive-led systems
- Experience working with multi-brand catalogs or partner ecosystems
- Deep empathy for users and strong intuition for UX and consumer psychology
- Ability to think in funnels, incentives, and economic loops
- Comfort working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams
- Clear communication and structured problem-solving
Nice to have
- Experience with platforms like banking loyalty programs, cashback platforms, or rewards marketplacesExamples include ecosystems similar to Reward360, PayBack, Cred (Rewards),POP, credit card rewards, wallet-led commerce, or loyalty aggregators
- Experience designing or scaling redemption systems
- Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
- Startup experience or ownership in fast-moving environments
