Product Lead

Job Role

• To handle Policy, Product & Process for Business Banking Assets (BBA)
• Responsible for taking and sharing feedback from team and other process owners.
• Responsible for adoption drive of various product initiatives.
• Good awareness of regulatory aspects like, RBI guidelines, loan process.
• Suggest solutions initiatives and assist in implementing such initiatives to address the issues in higher TAT.
• Ensure that the Policy is being understood and followed by branches and team in true spirit.
• Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services.
• Develop tools and processes for ease of business.
• Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external.
• Preparation and roll out of dashboards to ascertain performance efficiency.
• Managing channel payout and monitoring TAT.
• Management of other product related adhoc activities, audit process for BBA.
• To ensure that competition policies and best practices are being followed.
• Data analytics for identifying business opportunities in existing clientele
• Developing Policy, Product & Process for BBA
• Initiate Policy and Process Changes based on business/control requirement with increase in productivity and reduction in Cost as focal points. 
• Making changes in the Policy Document in ‘an easy to understand’ and ‘easy to implement’ form
• Rolling out the policy/ processes to Business, Credit and Operations Teams and ensuring that same is being understood and followed by branches in true spirit
• Digital Initiatives
• High attitude towards automation of manual process.
• Coordinating with Operations, Credit, Monitoring and Collections teams to ideate digitalization in some of the key areas like EWS, Collateral Management, and Underwriting etc.  for better controls and higher productivity levels
• Initiating the changes with the help of Digitalization Teams and meeting external vendors along with the IT  and taking the ownership of the project end to end, right from taking necessary approvals  to development to Acceptance Tests and Pilots to implementation
• Training 
• Regular Training of Business Teams to bring them up the curve on Product understanding

Job Requirement

• Candidate should have more than  7/8 years experience of banking system preferably Retail assets product and applications
• Leadership and management skill
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Qualification - Graduate / MBA
• Job Knowledge - Good understanding of Working Capital Business, Markets & Products and good networking skill
