Product Lead

Sportz Interactive is looking for a visionary Product Lead to shape the next generation of sports technology experiences. You will also play a key role in cross-company innovation, experimenting with AI and emerging digital formats to reimagine the future of fan experiences. You will combine strategic thinking, user empathy and structured creativity to define what we build, why it matters and how it transforms the fan experience. You will partner closely with engineering, UX, business, and leadership teams to craft products that are innovative, scalable and revenue-impacting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own product vision & strategy for your vertical, aligning it with company priorities and fan engagement goals.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation, market analysis, and prototyping to launch and continuous iteration.

• Bridge business, technology, and user experience, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, UX, and commercial teams.

• Leverage AI-powered tools and data to inform decisions, accelerate ideation, and validate hypotheses.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis, staying ahead of sports tech trends and emerging fan engagement models.

• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, product specs, and measurable success metrics (KPIs).

• Prioritize ruthlessly—partnering with leadership (CTO, CEO, business heads) to sequence product initiatives that deliver maximum impact.

• Champion design thinking and systemized creativity, ensuring every product delivers an intuitive and high_x0002_quality user experience.

• Foster a culture of experimentation—running fast experiments to validate ideas before scaling.
