  • Nature of role: Full time
  • Number of years of experience expected: 5-10 years
  • Areas of experience preferred: Project implementation, Risk / Finance / Compliance Product Implementation, B2B project implementation, Business Analyst, BFSI experience.
  • Educational qualification expected: Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Preferred geography of previous work experience: India/ Europe /APAC/ US
  • Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English




Key responsibility areas:

As part of the delivery and implementation teams, Acies is looking to hire project implementation specialist sought for leading project implementation for the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) industry. You'll manage projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your deep BFSI knowledge and regulatory expertise are key.

  • Understand and define the project scopes, deliverables, end-users, objectives, and outcomes of the project.
  • Provide project level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (requirements, scope matrix, use cases, flow diagrams, proposals, UAT plan, migration plan, Run book etc.)
  • End to End Testingincluding creation of automation scripts, defect & Gap analysis etc.
  • Maintain project management templates, communication plan and other project admin artefacts in line with industry practices and client/stakeholder requirements.
  • Act as a single point of contact to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of the project.
  • Report on project success results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities



Other important information:

  • Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid works in India
  • Period of engagement: Full time
  • Probation period: 6 months
  • Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
  • Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
  • Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:


  • Personal interviews: There are expected to be at least 2 -3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
  • Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.


Preparation required:

It is recommended that you prepare on the following aspects before the selection process:

  • Understanding of products / exposures in the financial services industry (Banks / NBFC / Insurance)
  • Demonstrate knowledge about credit risk modelling, PD, LGD, ECL, etc.
  • Demonstrate experience of various methodologies used for modelling default rates, credit scores, recovery rates, etc.
