Product Executive

We are looking for an energetic Product Executive who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys executing trade shows, dealer activations, and channel marketing initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with sales teams, distributors, and cross-functional departments while contributing to sustainable product and packaging initiatives.

1 . Exhibitions, Trade Fairs & Events

Develop annual offline marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives

Prepare marketing calendars and engage channel partners covering trade shows, dealer meets, exhibitions, and campaigns

Coordinate with sales teams for territory-level marketing execution

2. Channel Marketing:

Plan and execute dealer / distributor meets, product launches, and roadshows

Design and deploy in-shop branding signage, danglers, shelf strips, standees

Support scheme communication and trade promotions

Coordinate POS material placement and visibility audit.

3. ESG & Sustainability

Drive material reduction, recyclability, and sustainable packaging initiatives

Support development of eco-friendly / recycled plastic products

Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental norms
