Job Summary:

The GM / Director Projects is responsible for overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. The role involves strategic leadership, financial control, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are completed within time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple large-scale projects
• Develop project strategies, timelines, and resource plans
• Oversee civil, structural, MEP, and finishing activities
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and statutory regulations
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability
• Manage contracts, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor performance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and government authorities
• Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive quality assurance and safety standards across projects
• Lead and mentor project managers and engineering teams
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management/board
