Product Engineering Delivery Head @ Mumbai ONLY/90L+/Domain depth in Trade Finance and SCM Banking

Looking for a Senior Engineering Delivery Head to build and scale next-generation Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance platforms. The role requires a hands-on technology leader with a strong track record in enterprise product engineering, large-scale delivery, and modernization programs across global banks.

He/ she should have a blend of technology + product + domain-depth + global delivery to work with Tier-1 banking clients globally

The role cuts across Engineering & Architecture Leadership, Product & Platform Ownership, Delivery Governance & Client Success, Platform Modernization & Transformation, AI-Enabled Engineering & Productivity

AsK:

• 20+ years in product engineering, with 10+ years leading large technology and delivery organizations in BFSI / Trade Finance in IT Services orgs
• Platform modernization experience cloud, Kubernetes/Docker, streaming (Kafka/Pulsar), event sourcing.
• Strong domain depth in Trade Finance, SCF, Open Account, LC/BG, Payments & Transaction Banking.
• Managed engineering ecosystems directly or through matrix org structures.
