Job Description
Role: Product Development (Executive / Senior Executive)
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Budget: 4-7 LPA (Based on expereince)
Notice period: 15 days
Job description:
- The person would need to have 1-3 years of experience and be able to manage independently
- Integrity is extremely important - we will be taking large-scale decisions based on the data and insights this person brings us- so we need strong ref check
- KRA including market research, land evaluation and pricing as well as product strategy
- Market research - Visit new launches all across major micro markets and get a complete understanding of what is happening in the market. This includes on-ground understanding of inventory movement, pricing strategies, marketing strategy, customer experience etc
- Stay updated on IPC market reports and understand overall trends and directions
- Land evaluation and product strategy - visit proposed sites, evaluate their potential for CG and prepare reports on the same including details of competition nearby. Insights on potential achievable pricing and product mix based on market knowledge
- Using market insights to recommend optimal product mix for a project
Education background:
- Masters in planning/ real estate from institutions like SPA (Delhi + other locations), NICMAR (Pune/ Hyd) etc. Civil engineers/ architects/ MBA.
