Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using Figma
Good grasping of requirements from product requirement documents and other related documents
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Maintain and evolve the design system and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to inform design improvements and optimizations.
Advocate for user-centred design practices across the organization.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree, preferred in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

5+ years of experience in product design for digital products (web, mobile and apps).

Proficiency in Figma(mandatory), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design ideas effectively.

Ability to handle complex design problems and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Static Graphic assets designing for social media and website.

Practical knowledge of adobe creative suite

Experience in fast paced startup

Experience in motion design and micro-interactions.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic front-end understanding).

Familiarity with data-driven design and analytics tools.
