Our products power critical business functions like HR management, workforce operations, and enterprise workflows. We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who can craft intuitive and scalable product experiences for modern SaaS platforms.

What Youll Do

• Design End-to-End Product Experiences
• Design intuitive user experiences for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Translate complex workflows into simple and intuitive interfaces.
• Own the design lifecycle from concept to final product delivery.

User Research & Product Discovery

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.
• Understand user behavior and workflows across HR, operations, and enterprise systems.
• Convert insights into actionable design improvements.

Interaction & Interface Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design modern dashboards, workflows, and enterprise interfaces.
• Ensure consistent design systems and scalable UI components.

Collaborate with Product & Engineering

• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams.
• Participate in product discovery, sprint planning, and design reviews.
• Ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Improve Product Usability

• Continuously optimize user flows for simplicity, speed, and usability.
• Measure user engagement and improve product adoption through design improvements.

What Were Looking For

• 45 years of experience designing SaaS or enterprise applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and problem solving
• Experience designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Experience working with Agile product teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Design tools commonly used:

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Sketch

Skills expected:

• User Research & Usability Testing

Bonus If You Have

• Experience designing HRMS, ERP, or enterprise workflow platforms
