Role: Product Designer

About the Role

As a Product Designer youll craft data-rich, intuitive experiences that bring credit products to life from underwriting dashboards to investor interfaces. Youll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and data scientists to make complex systems transparent and delightful.

This is a full-time, in-office IC role where youll own end-to-end design across our underwriting and investor platforms, working directly with founders and engineers.

What Youll Do

Lead design for a core product area (underwriting tools, investor dashboards, analytics).

Translate complex financial and technical logic into intuitive, trustworthy user journeys.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs with clarity and intent.

Define design principles and contribute to our system of components and visual patterns.

Work closely with PMs and engineers to bring designs into production quickly and accurately.

Present work clearly with strong storytelling grounded in reasoning and product goals.

Who You Are

5+ years of product or interaction design experience, preferably in fintech or data-heavy products.

Proven track record owning 01 products or high-impact design areas.

Strong interaction and visual design skills with an eye for clarity, hierarchy, and usability.

Experienced collaborating with product and engineering teams in agile environments.

Data-informed and user-centered, turning insights into actionable outcomes.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with Figma and modern design workflows.

Product management or product strategy experience is a plus.

Familiarity with financial systems, dashboards, or DeFi is a plus.
