Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer who thrives as a strong individual contributor while also having the vision and depth to guide and scale design efforts. You will be responsible for shaping intuitive, human-centered experiences across our consumer app and partner app, solving real problems, and building trust across both sides of the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design for key problem areas, from discovery to fulfillment.
• Translate complex consumer and partner needs into clear, simple, and transparent experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver practical solutions at scale.
• Build, maintain, and evolve a design system that balances speed with consistency.
• Lead design discussions, influence product direction, and mentor future design contributors.

What Were Looking For:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, UX depth, and visual craft.
• Ability to balance consumer-first empathy with partner operational realities.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments, with the ability to bring clarity and structure through design.
• Strong individual contributor (IC) skills with the appetite to grow into a design leader and mentor.
